Where is Brillaré Located?
Brillaré is located in beautiful downtown Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Do you offer in store pick up?
Yes! We offer in-store pick up by appointment only. If you'd like to arrange a pick up, send us an email or give us a call to arrange a time. We are located in the Beltline in downtown Calgary.
We are currently available Tuesday-Friday 11a-4p.
Do you deliver?
Yes we do! We offer online delivery anywhere in the world. We can also offer local Calgary delivery on certain orders. Please contact us if you'd like to set something up.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free to all orders within Canada and the USA (CONUS) on all orders over $99 CDN.
Shipping is calculated based on weight and destination for all order under $99, so shipping will vary. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Where are orders shipped from?
All orders are shipped from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. We use Canada Post for all shipments.
Do you offer special order? What if I see something from Saphir that isn't on your website?
Yes! We can offer special orders. We can normally get any product that Saphir offers, either from their Medaille d'Or line or from their Beate Du Cuir line.
Special orders will be ordered directly from Saphir to our location in Calgary. They can then be picked up locally, or sent out to your address, whichever your preference.
All special orders require payment in full. Special orders will also incur additional shipping charges. Charges will range based on the size of the order placed. Orders under 900g in weight (~2lbs.) will be $20, order over 901g will be $40.
Special orders will be free to pick up in store. If we are shipping them out to your address, shipping will be calculated based Canada Post rates for your orders size, weight, and destination.
What's the big deal about Saphir?
Saphir is a world renowned name in shoe care. They offer a large range of products across many different lines. They are all made in France to very exacting standards using the highest quality ingredients.
The use the highest quality natural ingredients to produce products that provide superior results.
We have used many different types of creams and polishes in our years of shining shoes. Again and again we have some back to Saphir. The products last longer, work better, and they even smell better!

I saw a product from Saphir online that you don't carry on your website. Can you get it for me?
Almost certainty yes! We are an official Saphir reseller and have access to their entire catalogue.
This would be a special order and would require a bit more lead time for us to get, since we would be ordering it specially for you. We would require payment up front, and in some instances there might be an additional charge. We can verify all of this before you order. So if you're interested, drop us a line and we will take care of you.
Please note that some products might be sold out and/or specific to certain regions. We haven't had any trouble in any previous cases ordering anything into Canada for customers.
All of these products sound cool but I don't feel comfortable shining shoes myself. Are you able to do it for me?
Yes! On top of the products we carry, we also offer a whole host of services.

We provide shining, polishing, maintenance, and care for all shoes and leather products. We can clean and protect sneakers, dress boots, hand bags, jackets, dress shoes, riding boots, cowboy boots and more.
If it's a leather product we can likely help. If you're unsure or have something specific that needs attention send us an email and ask. We're happy to help.
Depending on our work load at the time we normally take about a week to complete our services. We can try and accommodate requests requiring a quicker turnaround time on a case by case basis. Let us know what you need and we'll see what we can do.
