Our Base Package

Our base package includes the total number of staff present at the event, the distance from our location in Calgary, the types of products provided, potential parking options, and gas costs.

How many attendees can be managed by one staff member at a single event?

With one staff member, up to 30 people can be accommodated. With two staff members, up to 75 people can be accommodated. With three staff members, up to 150 people can be accommodated. If the event has more than 150 attendees, an additional staff member will be required at a cost of $60 per hour.

How important is distance in this situation?
